SIMPLY THE BEST ORGANIZING spearheaded a campaign against slumlords & PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANIES across San Francisco Holding them accountable for their actions. We entered contract with Attorney Edward Higginbotham of BRYANT LAW GROUP LLP of San Francisco to force these companies to pay up or get out. STBO partnered with BLG under contract to perform these services. Tenderloin Housing Clinic to delay the lawsuits filed formal Bar Complaints against Attorney Edward Higginbotham a man I once considered my friend. I billed 967 hours of work on these cases, worked 60-hour weeks at 30 hours a week pay. I was treated as a second-class citizen and felt like I was a Hebrew slave on the plantation working for the slave drivers. I was overworked and underpaid. I screened over 1,686 clients over a period less than a year. Of the 1,686 clients I onboarded 722 of those. Under the contract we entered with Bryant Law Group LLP Our contract terms were to last 3 years from November 27th, 2023, Until November 27th, 2026. A period where if one party to the action was dissatisfied with the services of the other party Immediate action could follow to remedy the situation. In this case Attorney Siofra Byrne along with Ian Kelley & Paul Alaga & the signing off attorney Edward Higginbotham terminated my employment on December 12th, 2024, by changing the locks to the building. When I did my exit interview Higginbotham described the reason for change in the employment relationship as one where due to my EXTENSIVE Criminal history continuing to work there would be a bad look for the company. Please note that I have only ever had 1 Felony Conviction in my adulthood in Portland in 2008 for Theft 2. 16 years prior to the onboarding contract with STBO & BLG. They even went as far as to slander my name & told clients personal information about me and my criminal records. A huge Conflict of Interest between the Attorney Client Privilege and the Employment Privilege BLG’s actions, caused threats to my life and me having to leave the city I so loved. I am 100% humanitarian working towards the rights of those that feel they don’t have a voice. Not only did the law firm put my life in jeopardy but they caused a ripple effect that blackballed me from the city of San Francisco entirely because of my involvement with the firm and the lawsuits suing almost every property management company in San Francisco that managed SRO Units and low-income apartments. To cover up their faulty ways and their illegal firing of the person (me) Gary Waite, they offered me a $4,800.00 severance package which I vehemently refused. When they saw that I would not accept the $4,800.00 they increased the Severance pay to $10,000.00. I again refused the 10K and counteroffered with 50K. When I counter offered with 50K Attorney Ian Kelley made up lies that I have violated company policy by sharing standardized information like name, phone number, email and physical address to Marie Hall the CEO of Simply the Best Organizing. This is done to get leverage with the Employment Development Department so they can get out of paying Unemployment Insurance. Marie Hall was the one who created every spreadsheet (we) Simply the Best Organizing and Bryant Law Group LLP used to keep track and monitor the progress of each of our clients. To make matters a little more interesting Attorney Edward Higginbotham agreed to pay me a bonus for each case that concluded this was included in the contract terms and conditions. 1.67 % of each total settlement. When Baldwin Hotel Settled for $180,000.00 I received a $3,000.00 Bonus check. Paralegal Akayla received a $2,000.00 Bonus Check and Catherine Sanchez- Administrative Assistant received a Bonus Check for $2,000.00,

When the Boyd Hotel Settled their claims against THC the 1st week of May 2025 the total amount of the settlement was $638,750.00 After attorney fees of over $201,000.00 each tenant walked away with a check for $12,500 and some change. Bryant Law Group failed to pay me for the very lawsuit I created and shared with the firm in October 2023 in my business-to-business contract with BLG and STBO. Which will be presented as Exhibit A in an upcoming deposition with opposing counsel. Text messages between Gary Waite and Edward Higginbotham went on to speak of the settling of the lawsuit I had with THC for the tenant buyout of my lease. Edward Higginbotham represented me on this case and sent over the signature page to sign off for the settlement. Not once until April 2025 did I see the full contents of the full agreement that was signed where THC so included a 1542 Waiver to avoid paying out the same amount of money it paid to 12 other tenants that had those same agreements in place Along with this I noticed that the signature that was down for me was not mine. Cresting a fraudulent document that was not signed off by THC until November 22nd 2024 1 day after Ed informed me of the threats that Tenderloin Housing Clinic made to BLG to fire me.

It all begins with an idea.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
